Summercove on Siesta is life at its finest. This gated community on the Little Sarasota Bay offers a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2-bath unit of luxury with the sophistication and conveniences of the finest resort located on Siesta Key and minutes to the number one beach in the world – Siesta Key Beach. The unit is on the second floor and entry is by private elevator. The views offer lush tropical foliage and glimpses of the sparkling intra-coastal waterway. The king-size master bathroom has double sinks, large walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub and spa. The fully equipped kitchen has G.E. Monogram appliances and overlooks the dining area and great room. The great room is elegantly furnished with Lexington’s Tommy Bahama Furniture, a 75-inch high definition Sony Television, Yamaha sound system with a blue-ray DVD and CD player. WI-FI included. Also, each bedroom is outfitted with king-size furniture, high definition wall mounted Sony televisions. All ceramic tile floors, full size laundry room, underground parking for two cars. A furnished spacious lanai is located on each side of the condo, one faces northeast; the other faces southwest. Amenities include a fabulous two-story clubhouse, deluxe fitness center, beautiful heated pool and spa. It is minutes to Siesta Key village and restaurants.
